Online Appointment Self-Scheduling within the Patient Portal

Appointment self-scheduling is a new feature that saves you time by allowing you to schedule online, from your computer or smartphone, in just minutes.

Please read the following information prior to scheduling your appointment via the patient portal or the Healow app.

  • Online self-scheduling is available for Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Optometry Services. 

  • This feature is currently limited to active patients seen within the last three years. 

  • If you need a same-day appointment or a new patient appointment, please call our office.

  • When self-scheduling an appointment, check to ensure the physician selected participates in your health insurance.

  • If scheduling a physical, please make sure 1 year has passed since your last physical. However if you have Medicare insurance, please call and ask to speak with a Nurse Case Manager.

  • Please make sure you select the correct practice location when scheduling an appointment with a physician who visits more than one office.

  • Once an appointment is scheduled and you receive confirmation, changes cannot be made on the Portal. 

  • If you need to cancel your appointment or change any of the details listed on your confirmation you must call the office or email frontdesk@westcecilhealth.org

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a $25 fee.
