Education: MS, Grand Canyon University; BS, Moravian College
Areas of Practice: Attachment /Adjustment Disorders Depression Obsessive Compulsive Disorder LGBTQIA+ Mental Health Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Mindfulness-Based Practices Play Therapy Solution Focused Therapy The word Therapy can be daunting to a person, so my motto to the children and teens I work with is, "Just come and have a conversation with me." Not only do I have conversation, but for my younger children, play therapy is used to help allow them to process their own feelings, problem solve as well as discover themselves. Children learn through play and my room is full of books, Calico Critters, crafts and so much more. Each child/adolescent/teen that comes to see me, has full control over how they want their time with me to go. Most famous quote from a teen I worked with: "Ms. Donna does Ms. Donna magic." So, come have a conversation or play a game. It's up to you and I can't wait to hear from you.
